John graduated from Dawson College in Illustration. He chose to further his education through apprenticeships in Montreal studios and by studying with successful illustrators. He was able to attend the Illustration Academy based out of Virginia State University, where he received guidance and inspiration from illustrators such as Mark English, John English, Brent Watkinson and Gary Kelley. Based out of Montreal, John currently does advertising illustration for agencies and production houses. John’s work has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators in New York and has won awards in all of the major illustration annuals.
